Is this an online shop?
No — Ebisu Holdings is a quote-based sourcing company. Send your requirements and our team confirms availability, pricing and lead times.
Can you source from Japan?
Yes. Japan is highlighted as a key sourcing region within our global supply network, alongside other international and local supplier channels.
Do you only support automotive manufacturing?
No. We support a broad range of manufacturing and industrial environments — packaging, food & beverage, electronics, machinery, mining, utilities, OEMs and more.
Can you help identify a part from a photo?
Yes. Send a clear image of the part, the label, brand, model or part number. Our team will identify the component or propose a verified equivalent.
Do you guarantee stock?
Availability depends on supplier stock and lead times. Our team will confirm what's available after reviewing your enquiry.
Can you help with urgent breakdown parts?
Urgent enquiries are prioritised through our responsive enquiry channel — sourcing remains subject to supplier availability.
Do you supply across multiple brands?
Yes — we are a multi-brand sourcing partner, not tied to a single OEM. We source across leading global automation and electrical brands.
Are you an authorised distributor?
We are an independent multi-brand sourcing company. We do not claim authorised-distributor status for any OEM unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
What information should I send for a PLC or drive quote?
Send the full part number, manufacturer, revision, voltage or rating, quantity required and a clear photo of the product label where possible.
Can you assist with VSDs, servo drives and motor control parts?
Yes. Ebisu Holdings supports enquiries for variable speed drives, inverters, servo amplifiers, servomotors, motor starters and related accessories.
Can you source safety devices such as light curtains and safety relays?
Yes. Machine safety enquiries can include safety light curtains, safety relays, emergency stop devices and related guarding components, subject to supplier availability and technical confirmation.
Can you help if the part is discontinued or obsolete?
Yes. Provide the old part number, images and machine application. Ebisu can investigate remaining stock, superseded models or suitable equivalents for review.
Can you quote from a bill of materials?
Yes. A BOM can be submitted for multi-brand sourcing, especially for maintenance projects, machine rebuilds, control panels and OEM support.
Do you sell directly online with checkout?
No. Ebisu Holdings follows a quote-based model so availability, compatibility, lead time and pricing can be confirmed before supply.
